Engineering Software Sales

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated individual for the development and execution of our software sales activities.

Responsibilities:

– Main activities include client development
– Research and pursue new opportunities, new prospects, and new leads
– Schedule customer meetings based on qualified opportunities
– Extensive calling into new prospect, qualifying potential customers and identifying new opportunities
– Develop prospect lists and execute pre-determined targeted sales to generate new business
– Proactively seek new avenues to find new prospects and clients
– Maintain long term relationships with existing and prospect clients
– Consistently pursue and close new business

Skills & Experience required:

– Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years proven experience in engineering
– Self-motivated to succeed
– A proven record in finding new clients and communicating to executive and top level manager of potential and current customers
– Demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm in carrying out responsibilities
– Ability to manage client requirements, maintain client satisfaction and ensuring strong support for clients
– Results oriented and ability to plan ahead
– Effective communication skills
– Ability to learn quickly
– Proven phone prospecting skills
– Proactive to customer solicitation
– High-energy/engaging personality
